Thomas Delorme Vice President, Digital Products & Strategy, Europe
As VP, Digital Products & Strategy, Europe, Tom is responsible for overall TalentBrew sales to new and existing clients throughout Europe. Tom also oversees the European Digital Strategist team to be sure they are providing clients and prospects with strategies and solutions to meet their needs. In addition, he manages the digital (media and technology) relationships in Europe and serves as the voice for TMP Labs and Product Development releases.
Prior to this role, Tom was VP and Managing Director of France where he was responsible for our office in France and a team of people across account services, new business, digital, creative and finance. Since joining TMP in 2005, he has driven the migration of the French business to more than 60% digital while concurrently building the digital teams.
Before TMP, Tom was the founder and partner of SimpleCom, a Web development agency for the corporate and recruitment audience. Before starting his own company, he was a digital consultant for Mediasystem (now Publicis Consultants). There, he was involved with digital recruitment advertising and HRSI consulting and interfacing. Tom enjoys the dynamic nature of working in the employment marketing category and TMP’s position as a technology industry leader.
